Police Reminds: Parking at the Airport is Allowed Only in Official Parking Lots

Ngurah Rai Airport Traffic Police, together with the state-owned company Angkasa Pura I, which manages the air hub, conducted a raid against illegal motorcycle parking around the parking building.

Unofficially parked bikes obstruct traffic and narrow the roadway. During the inspection, patrols evacuated violators and conducted preventive discussions with drivers.

According to airport police representative I Made I Gede Suka Artana, this event is part of regular actions to maintain order and safety on the approaches to the airport.
So far, violators are not being fined: inspectors limit themselves to warnings and recommendations to use official parking lots. However, Artana noted that repeat violators will be fined.

“We count on the awareness of airport visitors. Maintaining order in the parking lot is a shared responsibility,” he emphasized.
